We retain your data for as long as you maintain an active subscription and as required by applicable law. On cancellation, your data is held for 90 days before permanent deletion. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to deliver the service — including Stripe (payment processing) and our hosting provider (EU-based) — under confidentiality agreements. These providers act as data processors under our instruction.

AuditCore is hosted on EU-based infrastructure. Your data does not leave the UK/EEA.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
