What is AuditCore?
AuditCore is internal audit management software for UK food manufacturers. It covers BRC Issue 9 system audits, GMP inspections, non-conformance management, proactive actions and PDF reporting — plus an intelligence layer that identifies patterns in your NC history. Every feature is included on every plan, from £59 per site per month.
Are all features included on every plan?
Yes. You are not choosing between features when you pick a plan — you are choosing how many users you need. System audits, GMP inspections and NC management are included on the £59 Starter plan, exactly the same as the £149 Professional plan. The only difference between plans is how many users are included.
Does AuditCore include BRC Issue 9 audit questions?
Yes. AuditCore comes pre-loaded with BRC Issue 9 system audit questions, written in plain auditor-friendly language. You do not need to build your own question sets or interpret the standard yourself.
How does the per-site pricing work?
Each site has its own subscription. You pick the plan based on how many users are at that site. A 4-user site pays £59/month. A 12-user site pays £99/month. If you have three sites, each site gets its own plan. No volume surcharge, no setup fee, no minimum term.
How does AuditCore handle non-conformances?
NCs raised during GMP inspections or system audits are automatically logged, assigned to a named owner and tracked through to close-out. Root cause analysis and corrective actions are recorded directly in the system. AuditCore's intelligence layer then analyses NC patterns across your site history — surfacing which clauses, areas and teams are generating the most repeat findings.
Can I use AuditCore alongside SafetyCore?
Yes — and it makes sense to. SafetyCore manages your HACCP plans, risk assessments and BRC prerequisite programmes. AuditCore manages your internal audit programme. They are built by the same team for the same Technical Manager. Together they cover the full BRC Issue 9 compliance stack.
What happens during the free trial?
You get full access to AuditCore for 14 days without entering a payment card. All features, no restrictions. If you decide to continue, you choose your plan and subscribe. If not, your account is simply paused — nothing is charged (we never took a card), and your audits, NCs and evidence stay safely stored. Subscribe later and you pick up exactly where you left off. No chasing, no invoice.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. AuditCore subscriptions are monthly and you can cancel any time. No setup fees, no annual lock-in, no exit penalties.
